Become an Automotive Integrity Alliance Ambassador
Lead With Integrity. Elevate the Industry.
The Automotive Integrity Alliance (AIA) exists to raise the standard of transparency, ethics, and professionalism across the automotive industry.
We are building a nationwide network of respected industry leaders who believe integrity should be the norm — not the exception.
If you’re willing to lead, not just sell, we invite you to apply.
What Is an AIA Ambassador?
An AIA Ambassador is a trusted industry professional who:
- Identifies and vets qualified automotive businesses for membership
- Supports members in upholding Alliance standards
- Protects the credibility of the AIA name in their state
- Engages constructively with peers — including competitors
- Puts integrity above short-term gain
This is not a sales position.
It is a leadership role.
Ambassador Structure
State Lead Ambassador
We appoint one Lead Ambassador per state (additional ambassadors may be added as growth requires).
Lead Ambassadors:
- Recruit and vet qualified member businesses
- Support and mentor other ambassadors within their state
- Maintain strong retention and compliance standards
- Represent AIA leadership locally
State Lead Ambassador
Ambassadors:
- Recruit and vet member businesses
- Provide onboarding support
- Maintain ongoing engagement with their member portfolio
All ambassadors are independent contractors and are held to strict ethical and professional standards.
Compensation Model
We believe in rewarding long-term stewardship — not aggressive recruitment.
Ambassadors earn:
- Residual commission on membership fees for businesses they personally recruit
- Lead Ambassadors earn an additional residual commission on businesses recruited by ambassadors under their leadership
Commissions continue as long as the member remains active and in good standing.
No Clawback Policy
Commissions that were earned through proper vetting and good-faith representation are never reclaimed unless fraud or intentional misrepresentation occurred.
If a member later leaves or is removed, future commissions simply stop.
Integrity is assumed. Fraud is not tolerated.
Ambassador-Owned Businesses
Many of our ambassadors are also automotive business owners.
Ambassadors:
- Do not earn commissions on their own business membership
- May receive a discounted or complimentary membership benefit
- Must meet the same or higher standards as all other members
Leadership requires accountability.
Who We’re Looking For
The right Ambassador:
- Is respected in their market
- Is willing to recruit and support competitors
- Believes raising industry standards benefits everyone
- Understands the long-term value of reputation
- Is comfortable holding peers accountable
- Prioritizes retention over rapid growth
If your goal is to sign as many shops as possible, this role is not for you.
If your goal is to elevate the industry, we want to talk.
Performance Expectations
We do not impose recruitment quotas.
Instead, we evaluate:
- Member retention
- Quality of vetting
- Engagement and responsiveness
- Commitment to Alliance standards
Ambassadors who fail to engage may be replaced.
Ambassadors who protect standards will be supported.
